Use of the EZRUS site, it's affiliates sites, and services, constitutes acceptance of our privacy policy requirements. Any individual or company utilizing EZRUS services for:

Website development, Hosting, Maintenance, Image storage, Email generation, or Text content, agree to the following:

1. The content or service must be suitable for children, and younger viewers. Vulgar language, suggestive images, and pornography will be unacceptable, whether shown, read, or written in any form of content. Neither will the above be allowed through links to other sites containing these same prohibited contents. EZRUS reserves the right to determine the content submitted by users to our site, as to being acceptable and meeting the safe criteria we must adhere to for viewing by the general public.

2. Email addresses provided to, or generated by EZRUS, will not be sold, rented, or used for any form of spam activity by EZRUS personnel. The email addresses of users contacting EZRUS, will be available for public use if placed within their website for contact purposes, during and after website development.

3. Images submitted to EZRUS for processing must be the property of the entity submitting for website generation. Copyright infringement will not be allowed, and images will be deemed as your own, authorizing EZRUS.com to manipulate for your website development and presentation. Any question as to ownership should immediately be brought to the attention of EZRUS, at which point it will be removed, until ownership is resolved.

4. Telephone numbers will not be shown or used, with the exception of client contact to or from EZRUS if necessary for service requirements. However, telephone numbers provided to EZRUS by users for placement on their website, may be shown on pages as part of a contact request.

5. Illegal content or activity will not be knowingly accepted by EZRUS.com for publication, or be placed within any EZRUS.com website . Also any content considered endangered or prohibited by any law enforcement entity. EZRUS will not be responsible for third party content placed by individuals or companies over which we have no control.

6. EZRUS reserves the right to place links on it's main and affiliate sites to clients sites , unless no linking is specifically requested during site development. This is to provide better exposure for clients websites via search engines and the general public viewing.
