EZRUS Suggestions and Guidelines

To assist you in the best possible design and presentation of your website, we offer these suggestions and certain guidelines. In addition to general information shown here, use the links to detail specifics in images, and content.

Guidelines

1. First and foremost, your site will be viewed by the general public, including children. Your site with EZRUS must be child safe.
2. Pornography, or links to same, and foul language will not be allowed.
3. Frequency of changes in content must be adhered to as set out in your website plan.
4. Contact information must be kept current, both for notification of changes, and payment processing. If you change your initial email, or physical address, EZRUS Support should be contacted immediately.
5. Images should be emailed in a jpg, gif, or bmp format, and will be scanned for viruses as received. Those found to contain same, will be deleted for everyone's protection. You will be emailed should this occur.

Suggestions
For the new website owner, EZRUS will handle will handle the sizing, and editing of your images, proof read and coordinate your content, all placed in the site for the best presentation. Keep in mind the number of images, and length of content, should be kept simple to impart your idea, keeping a clean impressionable site.
Viewers will not stay on a site that is cluttered, filled with unrelated information, or irritating colors. Animated pictures (except on rare occasions), has become somewhat pase'. There is however a place where they might be beneficial.

Some assumptions have to be made that you have a picture saved in your computer for placing in an email. That you may not have an editor for resizing, and may need help in sending to us. Email EZRUS, and we'll offer suggestions to accomplish this, depending on your email program. The same holds true for your text content.

For old hands familiar with design, lots of these suggestions will be redundant. But we request image sizes, after using your editor, conform to our request before emailing.
